caregivers education and support program

The Caregivers Education and Support Program is for unpaid caregivers who provide care and support for older adults (55 plus), at home, in the community or in a care facility in Richmond. This free 5-week education series will provide caregivers with the tools to support their loved one and, more importantly, the skills to remain healthy and well themselves. Topics covered include stress management, navigating the health care system, communication, problem solving, and more.
