This program encourages corporate volunteering and the transfer of business skills to the non-profit sector. Each year, we help connect local business with opportunities for their employees to volunteer – either individually or in groups – throughout the Richmond community. We also provide caring companies with best practices research, templates, resources, and guidance on how to start their very own employer-supported volunteer programs.
