The Richmond Child Care Resource & Referral Centre has an extensive library for use by families, ECE students, community members and child care providers. It contains children’s books, activity boxes, toy bags, videos, start-up equipment, and many curriculum materials to support quality programs in child care centres.
Members of the Richmond Child Care Resource & Referral Centre may borrow up to 9 items at a time, subject to the following restrictions:

1 Activity Box
- 2 Small Kits or Mini Kits
- 2 Videos
- 2 Big Books
- 5 Books
- 2 Audio Tapes or Book/Tapes
- 2 Felt Board Stories
- 3 Posters
- 5 Communication Card Sets
All library items can be borrowed for 1 month, with the exception of certain seasonal items. Renewals can be made once by phone (604-279-7020), and a second time in person with the item(s). If an item has been requested by another member, it cannot be renewed.
To become a member of the Richmond Child Care Resource & Referral Centre, fill out a membership form and return it to our office at 190 - 7000 Minoru Blvd.
