The Family Child Care Training Course, presented by the Richmond Child Care Resource & Referral Centre, is offered to individuals who are planning to operate as either licensed or registered license-not-required family child care providers in Richmond. Topics discussed will include guiding and caring for children, health and nutrition, curriculum planning, and family child care as a business. A certificate of completion will be issued upon full attendance at all classes. Please note that this certificate is not a Community Care Facilities License, but is needed in order to begin the licensing process.
