Finding information can be frustrating,
especially when you don't know where to start. Our dedicated
team of staff and volunteers can assist by providing you with
information and by connecting you with other resources in
the community:
- Our Richmond
Community Services Directory contains a wealth
of information on services available to Richmond residents:
counselling, health, housing, employment, education, recreation,
sports, culture, and much more!
- The Richmond Low-Income Resource Directory makes it easier to find goods and services that are free or low cost or at a price that changes depending on your income.
- We distribute a wide variety of free brochures, pamphlets
and guides through our office in the Richmond Caring Place
and the Customer Care booth in Richmond Centre Mall. Look
for community service information, tourism maps and accommodation
guides, recreation and cultural guides, and much more!
- We also offer specialized help to seniors through our
Seniors Information & Referral Program and the new edition of the Richmond Seniors Directory available outside our office at the Richmond Caring Place, 190 -7000 Minoru Blvd.
