2010-11 Annual Report:

A year of digital milestones

Our 2010-11 Annual Report is a tribute to a year that saw Volunteer Richmond embrace technology like never before. We leapt head first into the vast world of social media, utilizing Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to better engage clients, community partners, and volunteers. We started a blog, which has enabled us to tell the story of our agency, one post at a time. And of course, we redesigned our website, making it more user-friendly and interactive, a place we're proud to call our online home. In short, it was A Year of Digital Milestones.

It's fitting, then, that our Annual Report has gone digital as well. Below you'll find a PowerPoint presentation (converted to a PDF for ease of download, though it may take a minute or two) accompanied by a video playlist. The PowerPoint contains program statistics, highlights of the year, and many, many photos. The videos feature Volunteer Richmond's Managers, Executive Director, and President, each offering their own perspective on how the use of technology has made the agency faster, more efficient, and much more effective.
