Volunteer Richmond Information Services (VRIS) is a non-profit, charitable organization which has been bringing people and services together through information and the promotion of volunteerism since 1972. Whether providing the programs that Richmond needs or connecting people to other organizations and services, VRIS is at the centre of bringing Richmond together.

Want to make a difference in your community? Now’s your chance! We’re on the look out for volunteer Shoppers, Drivers, Visitors and Phoners to help with our Seniors Programs. Find out more about these exciting opportunities here. Individuals aged 55+ are encouraged to volunteer as Senior Peer Counsellors or Seniors Information & Referral Counsellors. Free training for both begins in the Fall.
